North End Subaru

I recently went to north end Subaru because my deAler was booked 2 days out and I was impressed how they took there time and I didn't feel rushed I think next time I will just go to north end subaru

my new vehicle had received a flat tire and I was worried but I called Subaru service and josh told me to come in and in 20 minutes he had a patch installed and the bill was less than I had anticipated

the last few times I visited Subaru service josh was very thorough and took the time to explain everything for me instead of rushing me I am very happy with the level of service Subaru provides

I went to north end subaru for a new converter turn out it was covered under warranty which saved me a ton of money could not be more thrilled

I'd like to start off by saying thank you to Mark for helping me and my wife on purchasing our Mazda 3. We arrived to the dealership and he was the first to present himself to us. Great service on the entire time we were being helped. Even entertained the presence of our kids. We left the lot in our preowned as happy customers and will always refer your service.

I had a recent experience with Subaru service that I would consider above and beyond. I was having a major service done that required me to have a service loaner. Upon checking in the service person helping me noticed that my drivers license had expired.I thought to myself that goes another day waiting in line at the rmv when JJ asked if me If I had a few moments. He than began to renew my drivers license online.I had no idea that this could be done.within 15 minutes my license was renewed and I was leaving with the loaner as planned.....Thank you again J.J for your help.past.present and future.

Absolutely the best customer service and deals around town! Our cars salesman Bob W. was amazing and was able to get us the deal of the century on a brand new crosstrek, I would highly recommend North End Subaru if you are looking for a new or used Subbie!

I was thrilled with the fast and friendly service from the Mazda service team! I had my truck towed there last night and this morning I recieved a call from Steve Gagne, the head mechanic. He was very patient as he listened to me explain the problems I had been experiencing. I was happily surprised when I got a call after lunch, and it was fixed! Very reasonable prices too! I will definately be back for all my service needs! Thanks again!!! :)
