I am writing this review several days after my experience with Bubba's Appliance in order to be as level-headed as possible.

And yet, I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

Long story short, they charged $100 as a service fee for 10 minutes of time only to determine that the washer was unfixable. Gave my mom the option of getting a $60 refund (what was the point of taking $100 in the first place if only $40 was the service fee) or paying another $100 for a used washer. Over the next _ten_ days, my mother tried repeatedly to contact Steven only to get voicemail every single time.

This might just be an isolated incident, but their "customer service" is so poor that it's hard to imagine they hold onto many customers. I'd encourage you to save yourself the headache/frustration and find a different business for your appliance needs.

I would not recommend anyone coming here! STEVEN, who is the BOSSES son, came by my house to fix my washing machine. He said the water pump would cost 200.00. I then told him that I had googled two different prices and that one price was 59.00. He then got ANGRY and told me he had wasted his time and money!!! He was very agitated, and frankly we were a bit afraid. He stormed out of the house and left!!! Needless to say I will not be doing any more business there ever again. I called Bubba the owner and told him about the situation and was told there was nothing he could do. Poor customer service! DO NOT USE STEVEN.
