You just don't see stores like this around. You can buy gas, rent a few movies, tan in their tanning salon, get a drink and a snack all under 1 roof. They have very friendly employees that will recommend movies and chit-chat with you. Not like most stores where they just want to get your money and get you out. Oh, forgot to mention, they are family owned. A perfect neighborhood store in my opinion.
