Christopher's Emergency Equip

I am a new motorcycle rider and had an accident because of my inexperience. I didn't make a bend and hit a curb. The ambulance took me to the hospital and the Chelmsford PD had my bike towed by Christopher's in Chelmsford (also of Lowell and Westford). My bill came to $407.45! $90 for a second truck fee, $90 for land fee & gate fee, $90 for towing charge, $100 for storage (for 1 day), $25 town charge, and $12.45 fuel surcharge. My bike had a smashed headlight and speedometer and he tried to tell me it was totalled and that they have a "salvage" plan. Police tows cost $90, plus fuel and $35 per day. My bill should have been about $150.

Horrendous service. Towed my car from a stickered lot when I HAD A STICKER in site. Then it took 4 calls to them before they realized they had my car because someone forgot to "log last nights work." When I picked it up, they expected me to pay for their mistake. Guy was a tool. Avoid at all cost.
