        We were told they would deliver our hot tub and place it on our deck, which we also told the salesman was 5 ft high. Upon arrival, the delivery guy said they would not lift it more than 48 inches, and we were informed the policy was on the back of the original page of the agreement we signed at purchase. Shady practice, cost us even more to rent a truck and forklift....
