The best Kroger store in Louisville. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have had several bad experiences with the employees at this pharmacy. My husband was a new account there and they could not get his insurace info right. He has no co pay and every time I went to pick up his prescriptions they would tell me insurance didnt cover it when I know that it is covered everywhere else. I tried to speak to the girl that checked me out but she would not pay attention to me. I wanted to make sure they had the correct information for his insurance, but she rolled her eyes and kept looking back at the other employees there in the pharmacy! I was horrible! If you ask me I would say that they need to watch those employees in the pharmacy more closely and get rid of the ones that are not treating the customers in a friendly concerned manner. I will never go back to this store. I never ever write reviews but this is just too much. Hopefully someone at the main office will see this and take some action.

Good Luck getting everything at 1 Kroger store....We usually have to go to 2-3 Krogers to find everything we need in stock. Letters/calls to home office in Cincinnatti are useless. Kroger needs some competetion.

The establishment is very clean and professional. The service is excellent.
