This reviewing company is Ramb Appliance Repair (AKA L & R Appliance Repair) 340 Dog Track Rd, Longwood, FL 32750 I do not blame them for the review they have given me - it is 100% true - I definitely feel entitled - I am entitled to engage in business with someone who will do the job they were hired to do in a professional & timely manner. I am unwilling to accept the lies of "the part is on BO" "I tried calling for an appointment & the tenant didn't answer" - "the manufacturer only sends parts when they want to" - I dared to question them based on my notes I kept from the previous call! The office staff is rude-makes it seem you are interrupting their lives when you call for an update - when you call the manufacturer they say "the part just came in" & when they go - its the wrong part. hmm She actually tried to tell me the box was empty & the part had to be reordered. YES I was very irritated with this company - I had them for 2 properties at the same time starting both calls in April - they are still NOT CLOSED/ REPAIRED. I cancelled the service today - July 13, 2016. When I called to cancel the second one a few minutes later - they pretended NOT to know me. I said "fine - whatever that's stupid" & hung up. It is VERY offensive when you are trying to have something repaired and the company continually puts it off & doesn't do their job & ARE RUDE TO BOOT! SHE PROCEEDS TO CALL ME BACK REPEATEDLY - RECITING MY ADDRESS & WHEN I WILL BE THERE -ETC.. VERY PROFESSIONAL - NOT A COMPANY I WILL BE DOING BUSINESS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. READ THEIR REVIEWS! ITS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. Now, should anyone not want to use us because we fight against a company that is NOT doing their job & putting owners at risk due to tenants not having their appliances fixed in a timely manner - its okay. We prefer to take care of the owners properties like they are our own & the tenants with respect. Thanks for the review - it is appreciated!

NIGHTMARE! I regret not checking on their review before allowing Electrolux to send such a company. How are they allowed to do business? This company was unprofessional, and the managers are worst. Electrolux contacted them to service my range appliance in July...It is now September and they still haven't fixed it. Everyone I complained to is disrespectful. They deserve no stars, what a shame of a company.

HORRIBLE! Stay far away from this company. I NEVER write reviews and was so appalled by the way this company treats customers, I felt the need to warn anyone considering using this business. There are so many reasons, I cannot even list them all- technician no-showed within five hour window, manager dropped f-bombs on the phone, owner Melissa said I should just call another company to complete my repair. They are operating under Ramb's Appliance. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly do not care about growing their business. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This business required a cc number to schedule a service call. The repair service man arrived 8 hours later, refused to move the refrigerator away from the wall and told me he would come back when my husband got it moved out and booked to his next appointment. He also told me the refrigerator was old and needed to be replaced WITHOIUT LOOKING AT IT!!! My husband pulled the refrigerator out and I called the company back to reschedule. "Can't get there til Monday", Melissa says. I ask for a refund of my service call fee and she screamed at me that she sent someone out and it wasn't her fault my refrigerator was old. Extraordinarily bad customer service from the phone to the service technician. The owner refused to back down on the request to refund my service call. Don't recommend for anything other than an opportunity to throw away your money and be without your appliance repaired.

This company is operating under the name Ramb's now. Name change how interesting. Let me share my experience. I was told for three weeks the parts to repair my microware were on order. After much frustration, I placed a call to the manufacturer. I was told that the Ramb’s refused to purchase the parts from Frigidaire due to the cost of the parts and margin of profit. Keep in mind Ramb’s told me these parts were on order for three weeks. Terrible customer service and a company that will feed their customers lies. You decide for your self.
