        Poor customer service

        Very poor on customer service! The light closest to our storage unit went out at least six weeks ago. Because we are at a corner, only one light reaches our unit. Now it is very dark and you can't even see inside the unit. I reported it to two different people, and the manager said it would be out until more lights went out to make it worthwhile to pay an electrician! She just said "it will be out for a while." To see things in my unit, I have to use a flashlight, which means one handed moving of storage boxes. I thought part of my rental fee included lighting. I'm sorry that tube didn't burn out in time to get replaced the last time the electrician was there, but that's not my fault. If that's how it's done, then ALL TUBES should be replaced at the same time! Considering I've had two rate increases in two years, I'm very dissatisfied.
