For 10 years I've been getting Botox treatments. I love Botox because the needle is thin so it's tolerable and the results are revealed gradually over two weeks so people don't ask if I've had work done. When I moved to Southern California from Florida not long ago, I started going to CosmetiCare. I'm so impressed with their med spa. I'm paying the same unit price as I did in Florida, but I enjoy the experience much more. The place in Florida was like an assembly line, and I only saw the aesthetician. At CosmetiCare, I got to speak to the doctor on my first visit. It's a beautiful office with a professional yet personable staff. I also like the results much better at CosmetiCare, especially with the space between my eyes. People think I look 15 years younger.

I wanted non-surgical solutions to get rid of the fatty piece under my chin and the bit of cellulite above my stomach. They're genetic problems and no matter how much I work out or how skinny I get, I can't lose them. I learned about Kybella through e-news. They were calling it the "selfie" treatment. It gets rid of the double chin that shows up in pictures so you don't have to take selfies at those weird, high angles. I was so excited, I called CosmetiCare right away. The treatment didn't hurt much at all. My chin did swell up for about a week, but it was November so I wore scarves. I was healed and looked awesome in time for my 24th birthday party. Another time I got a truSculpt treatment for the cellulite above my stomach. This was also effective. And it didn't hurt. I loved how Lisa, who worked on me, kept checking in with me about my pain threshold. She answered all my questions and gave me total certainty. Within four weeks all the cellulite was gone, and this even took an inch off my waistline. I am so addicted now I plan on going back to get truSculpt on my waist and inner thighs.

I wanted to get rid of the "eleven" between my eyes and also get some aging prevention. I tried another place first, but it left my eyebrow with a crazy arch that freaked me out. So my husband took me to CosmetiCare for a Botox treatment. The practitioner Kat was super patient, validating my fear of the injections and reassuring me of the outcome. It turned out very natural. I had her the next few times I went and there was always a wait, so she must be in demand. One time when she wasn't available, they gave me one of the doctors. He was able to get the whole eleven area filled in by injecting Botox just above the bridge of my nose. I was in and out really quickly. I went to my 25th high school reunion with total confidence and the eleven completely gone.

I was in college and in theater when I broke my nose in my early 20's. I had a two year old and was waitressing, so there was no way I could afford the time, energy, or money to get a nose job. For all these years I've just lived with my nose being crooked and having a dent in the bridge. I recently went to CosmetiCare to explore options and look into getting a rhinoplasty procedure. I asked them if there might be injectables that could take care of the appearance, and they referred me to their MedSpa to get Juvederm in the break in my bridge and Botox to fill the top of it. One of the doctors oversaw the injection and a practitioner did the injections. She was so nice and explained each thing she did so I never had to wonder. It turned out great. So much so that I don't feel I need a rhinoplasty. They said this will last around two years. I am so thrilled and relieved to have the same benefits of a whole surgery, but not go through the ordeal of one.

I first went to CosmetiCare to check out how their fillers are, because I wanted to get fuller lips for my wedding in 2013. I have a background in the development of skin care, so I was impressed with the CosmetiCare facility and the professionalism and knowledge of the nurses Kat and Lisa. After the Juvederm treatment for my lips, I went for the HydraFacial. It's a more clinical treatment, which I prefer over a spa treatment. Lisa shared her knowledge with me and was able to determine which products would work and which wouldn't be worth it for me. She never tried to upsell me. The second time I went for the HydraFacial, she added the Galvanic machine, which exfoliates and sucks out dead skin before it injects hydration into the skin. Immediately afterward, the lines around my mouth and forehead smoothed out dramatically. For something that effective, it's well worth the price. I'll be back in six months to do the HydraFacial again.
