        Bad customer service

        I purchase 2- 6 piece twin bed sets from kohls.com I only received 1 set, after waiting for 3 weeks I finally got trough the phone lines for customer service, they told me that the reason I hadn’t received it is because they only had full size They then, credited my account and told me to call my nearest Kohl’s store and they should be able to honor the purchase prize of $29.99 that I paid on black Friday. We then called Kohl’s bedding department my self and a representative from customer service from Kohls.com we told them the situation and the manager for the bedding department did not want to honor the purchase price they wanted me to pay full price of $59.99 or to return the other one. Like it is that easy, I painted my son's room to match the bed sets I also special order some wall paper and paid for if, they do not care for there customers. I then called the Kohl's at stonewood mall they were very helpful and understanding and did owner my purchase prize. The store at lakewood does not care for customers.
