        Overall

        One of the rudest people i have dealt with, I simply asked questions regarding moving a spa and they decided to be sarcastic stating that "he has worked there for 35 years and he knows what he is talking about," without even seeing the condition of the spa. He also raised the price from when I called earlier in the day. Very very poor people skills I will make sure to not refer these people to anyone in search for a spa or repairs for a spa.
