Wooley Plumbing

They were hired by our home warranty company. Called and made an appointment, for 12-5 at 4pm they called to say their first job of the day went long and they wouldn't be there (you would know that prior to 4pm) and now we have to take another day off work because they can't get out to our house for another 2 days. The gal on the phone told me "she wished she had the power of prophecy" rather then be empathetic, or even apologize for the inconvenience. The "plumber" shows up today and says the substructure is too muddy for him to work.... well duh - there is a broken pipe... and you are two days late... Terrible service - do not use this company. Is there less than 1 star?

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have home warranty and they never called to set up an appointment and showed up in my house after I had already had it fixed the night before and did not even look at my water heater and still trying to charged me. They told my home warranty that they had fixed the problem. I would never ever recommend them to anyone! Called trying to find out why they had told my home warranty that and they were so rude and unprofessional. I don't know how a company like this can be in business! I'm making sure my home warranty will never ever use them for any of my services for my home. Had to leave one star to leave the review but they don't even deserve one star!
