        If you have a problem with th...

        If you have a problem with the softner expect to spend an hour or more trying to get someone to answer the telephone. Their excuse will always be phone problems, out to lunch, with another customer or stepped out for a min. I have experienced problems three times and each time have had to call a surrounding office or their consumer affairs office to try and get a response. They just do not care about customer service in the office or how long they make you wait to answer the telephone or how many people you have to call to get through. Their techs i the field are good and helpful.
