Comfort Control Heating & AC

I called to get some service done on my furnace. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and did not have any knowledge about furnaces. The service man can to my house and I was charged 99.00 just to check what was wrong with it. He did not find the problem and said they would not refund my money. He said I have to call the previous owners of the house to find where he got his furnace put in. For some odd reason I find that comment ridicules. Worst service I have received in my life.
