I got very unhappy by their rude and deceptive business tactics.

Have no complaint on work standards. Got our capacitor replaced today, and was expecting around $100-150, but billed me $245 after I am waiting on him to finish the work for good 2 hours. When I refused to pay that amount, he showed very bad attitude and was very rude to say ' '" If you don't pay that much I will uninstall everything and go".He quoted the price for the work to be $100, but forced me to get other work done ( like cleaning the condensor coil + Freon check), which I really didn't ask for but he said he will also do them. So, highly caution anyone using them to ask for the written quote first and be careful about the extra services which you really don't want to be performed which he says is going to perform.Also, make sure to get the warranty details in writing though his partner tells you that it is good for 1 year.
