For an agent that launched a great marketing campaign about calling him, Josh Barnett never actually answers when you need to file a claim. I've had three separate issues in the past 12 months and EVERY single time I called to speak to Josh, I never actually spoke to him. EVERY single time his assistant would give me the run around about actually getting in contact with him and say they she would just be handling the issue.

Josh, I'm speaking to you buddy, I understand you are busy, but if you are going to run an entire marketing campaign based off calling you, ANSWER YOUR PHONE. To be honest, its almost comical if you think about it. Later Josh Barnett, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I used to have issues with people answering the phones, but the last few months when I call in to pay my bill or have questions, I always get great service and they answer the phones!!
