        Overall

        Very unhappy with the quality of work. They did my front steps 7/13, two years ago, and the same problem is recurring, the grouting is coming out.. I called him to check it out in June, when the problem was minor and again last week when a larger chunk came out. He refused to stand behind his work and stormed off. I would rate them minus ten.
