The Never Alone Agency

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT hire this company to take care of someone you care about.....especially someone that has memory issues. The owner talks a good game and promises a lot, but as soon as they settle in and get a feel for boundaries they will begin to leave your loved one unattended for long periods of time. They will show up when they want and leave for long periods unless you are watching them closely (which defeats the purpose of hiring them). The owner will pretend she cares about concerns, but things go on unchanged with the same bad neglectful staff. "NEVER ALONE" turns into "ALONE FREQUENTLY".....yet you still pay for it. Arriving randomly unannounced, the staff was frequently nowhere to be found and loved ones were left unattended with no help for self care/hygiene, safety, or meals. You can do much better elsewhere, DO NOT hire this company.....you and your loved ones will regret it. You were warned....
