Awful customer service. High prices. I had parts show up still in Speedway Motors box that were 30% more expensive and they did not make it right

This place is a God send! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. The customer service was out of this world, everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends!!

Stay away from this place customer service is non existant.I ordered several parts 9 days still no shipping,rang them and was told 2.5 months before they are manufactured.I cancelled these parts which are reasonably heavy and they still charged me same shipping costs,they are rip off merchants so stay away.

This place is a complete joke. They can't or wont confirm that there is a left and right side to a product. Not only that you pay $900 for a top kit and there are no instructions and the bows are 5" too long. When asked about it they are evasive and act like they have no clue what you are talking about.

Customer service is terrible (actually best described as "customer no-service"). I ordered a part using the Dearborn Classics website. The part did not fit and after 45 minutes on the phone, the company acknowledged that the information on the website was incomplete. The correct part I needed was available but they only offered to send the correct part overnight if I paid half of the overnight UPS charges. The price quoted for this service was more than the cost of the part. I will not buy from this company again and encourage everyone who is considering doing so to consider the terrible track record of this company. They are not customer friendly!

Stay away from this company if you want your parts shipped to you in a reasonable amount of time, if you are in no hurry and want your parts shipped to you two months after you order them, then have at it, use this company and hope you even get all your parts. I will never buy parts for my Ford Falcon from this crooked place ever again! Quick to take your money, slow to ship your parts, bad customer service.

It took them from Tuesday morning to late Friday just to tell me my order was being processed that day which meant in the mail on Monday. How useless is that! It took 2 weeks from the order time when everyone else does 3 days from the time I hang up the phone. Their excuse? They were preparing for "the show". EVCUSE ME...you have my money...cough up the parts!

Poor customer service

Ordered seat covers and foam from their internet site. Said everything was on back order and would take 2 weeks. Three weeks later still no product and was already charged for it. On top of that they overcharged for shipping. When called to cancel, they said product already shipped and would have to pay for shipping both ways if I did not want it. A week later and still no seats. Dishonest. Will not use again
