Lockport Outdoor Store

I had a very bad experience this afternoon. I went there to get my husband a pair of slippers. There was employee standing a few feet away with his hands behind his back doing nothing but getting paid for it. He never asked if he could help me, instead he asked that to another customer that came by me. This is not the first time this has happened. I called the manager on the phone when I got home and was told well I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do about it!! We will not go back there ever again!!

I have been a customer for years. I have bought multiple pairs of shoes & boots for myself & my family.

I purchased a pair of Rocky boots just over a year ago and I brought them in today with the soles coming off. The salesman told me there was nothing he could do. So the manager was going to talk to me, he was rude and told me there was nothing he would do. I told him I was leaving for a hunting trip and needed boots. He offered nothing, I said so i have to go somewhere else to by my boots, he said yes.



That is terrible customer service, I am the General Manager of a Construction company and if I turned good customers away like that I would not have any.



I am disappointed because we as a family would like a trip to the outdoor store. But no more.

I will not recommend your store any more.

the lockport outdoor store has a great selection of outdoor clothing from boots to coats to sweatshirts and more. they also have hard to find big shoe sizes,from sneakers to winter boots and saftey work boots. i go at least twice a season for my clothing and footwear. the prices are fair but not cheap, but i belive you get what you pay for.
