Lock Haven Taxi Limousine

The worst taxi service ever. They don't take the time to even look for at your pick up location. Also every time I get in a car it smells like a box of cigarettes or Hot dog water. The gentlemen that picks up the phone for the morning service has very poor communication skills and is very disrespectful and rude to his customers. Also they take too long to come get you from your pick up spot and you literally have to tell them where to go otherwise they will drive in a direction that best benefits them. I'm from the inner city of Philadelphia and I know a good taxi service when I see one, and this one is terrible. As soon as Uber or Lyft hits Lock Haven. I'm pretty sure they will be out of business.
