Also they have a very skilled tailor for pants or dresses to be shortened and hemmed

I decided to give this cleaner a try. Bad idea. I paid $30 to have a zipper repaired on my coat. First time I picked it up, it was still broken. They asked for another try, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After picking it up the 2nd time, it worked once or twice, but then I had the same problem. I went there just now to show them and ask for my money back, and the man said he couldn't do that, but AGAIN asked for another try. I said I already gave 2 TRIES, and now I would like to take it somewhere else. He still refused to refund my money. I left, and told him that he was making a bad business decision.
