I would never recommend or use this company again. I really wish my wife and I would have done a little more research on this company before hiring them. If we would we would not have use them.

I will agree the salesperson was very nice and helpful when he was selling us on the remodel. But that is the only good thing that this company really has going for them.

We had pretty much our whole master bathroom remodel back in June of 2012. . They seemed to do really good work and worked at a fast pace at first. They did have to come back a week later to install the shower glass down because for some reason it was not delivered on time but we were not told about this until the second day of work when they showed up to the house. They also put a hole in the wall between the master bathroom and our bed room (they did fix it with no problem though). They installed a piece of wood on our window seal that had a dent as big as my thumb, which I don't understand how the person installing it did not see it. They fixed this problem when they came out to installed the shower doors which was okay but I have a little issue with them installing poor product and hoping the customer does not see it (this should have also been another red flag for our major issue with this company). We noticed a small cut/mark in the Linoleum flooring about 2 months later (so in early August 2012 and we were actually gone the whole month of July on vacation, so to us it was more like a month later of actually living in the bathroom). The only reason why we found this cut/mark in the floor was because my wife was cleaning the floor and noticed it was not smooth in the one area. The cut/mark was white looking which blends in with the actual color of the flooring since it is a little grey with white spots in it, which it was easy to miss during the walk through after they were done with the job. It was a busy time for both my wife and I so we ended up not contacting the company until about October but we did not think it would matter since they suppose have a one warranty. My wife emailed them two or three times before they every responded. They said they would look into the warranty of the flooring from the flooring company and get back to us. Weeks went by and we did not hear anything from them. My wife made several calls trying to find out the status and no returned calls. They finally sent someone out in early March (now almost 5 months after we contacted them in the first place) to look at the cut. The guy (one of the owners) said he would again contact the flooring company and look it to what can be done and get back to my wife within the next week, but told my wife if it was to be fixed, the whole floor would have to be replaced. Two weeks went back and no call back. My wife called again several times and they never responded. I finally called in early June of 2013, after now hearing back from them again for another 3 months. I left a message and no returned call about 5 days. I called again and finally got the lady in the office. I started to explain why I was calling and she knew exactly who I was without me saying my own name. She made a smartass remark to a guy in the background about who it was and I could hear him the background of the phone saying that he knows that we dropped something on the floor to cause the cut. Which is not correct, my wife and I never dropped anything on the floor and never did anything in our bathroom that was not daily operation of the bathroom. LR response now to us is the we signed the completion of labor form that says we were satisfied with the work LR has now passed us to the actual flooring company that they bought the Linoleum from saying we have to deal with them to get it fixed. LR has no customer service skills and are very unprofessional.

The best California remodeling contractor!! I had a master bath that was beyond hope. The shower was dark and moldy all the time, the bathtub was too narrow, and I still had the old-school wall-length mirror over my gross fake marble countertop. Dave and his crew came in and completely worked their magic, knocking down walls, moving plumbing, installing bathtubs, faucets, glass shower doors and counters. I have a completely new, beautiful master bathroom now! I highly recommend Leading Renovations Inc

They did what they said they'd do. They were very professional

This is my second experience with Leading. The first was a bathroom remodel and new windows. As with the work today(complete re-piping of my 1948 house they were on time and worked quickly .They tested each faucet ect and re-drywall where necessary. I would not hesitate to have them do other work for me.

Now I'm not too sure about the reviews I saw on this company because my dealing with them was top notch. I met them at a home show in San Francisco. then came out and gave me a quote, which I found reasonable. I went to their warehouse with my fiance and we chose the materials for the counter tops and the cabinets and faucets. I told them the problem I had was that my son and his wife were coming to visit in the coming week and I needed two bathrooms completed in prior to that time. they sent a team out and totally took out the old bathrooms and rebuilt them from the floor up. they completed these TWO bathrooms in one day and totally cleaned up the place prior to leaving. they were professional in every aspect of the job. a few days after they left, I found one small area that they had neglected to caulk since it was along side a cabinet. I called and they sent a guy out the next day and fixed it. no problem. I highly recommend these guys. so....I don't know what kind of problems Michelle T. or Teresa A. had but these guys did a great job installing two bathrooms in one day and there were no "attitude" problems with any of them. I guess you just need to contact them and discuss what you need done and then make your own decisions, but all I can say is that they did a great job for me.

Extremely pleased with both customer service and the bathroom remodel!!

We met the team at the San Jose Home and Garden Show...Bret came out to measure and quote the job, the price was great so we decided to go for it. The bathroom was completed in two days!! WOW!!! We are talking a complete make over!! Including shower heads at both ends of the shower stall...and new ceiling exhaust fan!! Tile floor...you name it!! It looks beautiful!!

We were so pleased that we are having our second bathroom done to match...job is scheduled for next month...June 2010.

I fully recommend Leading Renovations!! They are great, and an extra bonus...they are a family run business!! Rare in these times...and they really go out of their way to work with you...not against you!!

I found Leading Renovations at the Santa Clara Home Show in January. We made an appointment for Bret to come to my house a week or so later. Bret showed up on time, measured, explained the options, gave me samples to choose from, and gave me a quote. I had ugly old fiberglass shower enclosures that were about 15 years old in both my showers. I agreed to have Leading Renovations replace both showers. They ordered the materials and the installation date was scheduled within the time frame they originally estimated. On the installation day, the crew showed up at the promised time and got right to work. They were very professional and did a great job. No part of the rest of my house was messed up, and they cleaned up both bathrooms and the garage before they left. I am VERY happy with the job Leading Renovations did and how both bathrooms turned out!!!! I would highly recommend Leading Renovations!!

Wow. This company really needs an attitude adjustment. My parents got their bathroom done by them and at first it seemed like a good thing. It was, until, the caulking had peeled off. We called to get someone out there and were told that they have had many problems with this and they would send someone out. (This took MANY phone calls and a nearly 7 hour time frame) Well, last night they did send out someone who after completing the re-caulk told them it would be a $250 charge. My parents explained about the N/C and the guy preceded to say some very nasty things about them. Subsequent to this, we had met with their salesman to get an estimate to do our bathroom and had planned to sign a contract today. I had called the salesman to inquire as to what the problem was with the nasty installer at my parents house. He said he would speak to him (his brother) and they would call me this morning, which they did. This guy Dave was belligerent on the phone. He called my mother a liar. In the conversation he would state something and then a minute later say he never said that. This went round and round and on and on for over 15 minutes. He said that we wasted their time and he didn't want to do our bathroom because we would never be satisfied and that they have "charma" on their side.

I have NEVER been talked to the way this company has treated my entire family. Do NOT be fooled by the VERY nice salesman, Bret. This company is unprofessional. There will be NO aftercare. If they don't do it right the first time...they really don't care because apparently they don't need YOUR business. Apparently money falls out of the sky for them. They resent their customers and resent the fact that they have made a very bad business deal.

If you do choose them...good luck. YOU'LL NEED IT!
