Called for a/c repair early Saturday morning, got an immediate call from the on-call technician (Matt) and he was at my house all in under an hour. Matt was extremely professional and had the problem diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and fair. This was my first time using Cook’s but I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

This company should change their name to Crooks. We got a new unit and it has not worked since day one they refuse to fix it we had our home fill with mold and leaks from the unit the air comes on when heat is set and heat when air at night you have AC on all of a sudden heat comes on house gets in 90 plus range they refuse to fix it!!!

I would reccomend this company. I would have given them five stars but there was a scheduling issue. It was quickly resolved and they were apologetic. I had my mothers a/c repaired for her and I live in another state. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They gave me an estimate for the repairs before completing the work and then realized there were a few more thing wrong. Standing by there original estimate they did not charge extra for the additional work even after i offered to pay the difference. I am very happy with them and my elderly mother is nice and comfortable in her cool home thanks to them. Even though I was in another state it was an easy transition. Please consider using this company.
