Westpark Meadows Apts

These apartments aren't too bad. Most of the neighbors will talk to you, it's very close to WLR, and close distance to UALR. The management used to be much more than it is now, performance-wise. Before they were more responsive to maintenance needs and concerns, but now they are so-so. So as long as you aren't needing them to do anything, everything's fine. But when you need them in something that isn't absolutely urgent, they have no intention on following up on your concerns.



Every now and then, there are questionable people on the premises despite the security on the property and the gate at the front. The only problem is that the complex is accessable to anyone who is in the park nearby and are able to bypass any security that way. Unfortunately I've had run-ins with this situation.



Even though I had stayed there for 5 years, I was satisfied with living there until the fifth year. These apartments are a pretty good place for college students and you get the most space for how much the rent is. All in all, they're just alright.
