West Little Rock Glass

I never write reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a business so I will be posting this everywhere possible online. I recently purchased a beautiful antique vanity with a mirror that was intricately cut. It was broken during the move; however, there was a large piece to use as a pattern. We took it to WLR glass. First, they threw away our pattern piece before cutting the new mirror. Next, they carved the new mirror freehand and glued it to the vanity. The new mirror was unevenly cut on each side and was 6” too short. Today, I took it back to get a new mirror cut properly. Gavin was not there when I took it back; however, I received a phone call from him later saying “I am going to take the mirror off and you can come pick up the board. We have already spent too much time on it.” I just picked it up and will be finding a new glass shop. Worst customer service EVER EVER EVER. DO NOT USE THEM.

Before hiring West Little Rock Glass, I also got two national chain stores with its head quarter elsewhere to come and gave me estimates. For the first national chain store, the branch manager came and did measurements, but the estimate that I later received was incomplete with a couple of windows missing from the estimate. I called and the branch manager said that he will correct it and resent it to me. Although I followed up with a couple of messages, I have not heard from him since. For the second company, the staff who did the measurement, told me that I will receive the estimate within a week. After 3 weeks waiting for the estimate, I called and received over the phone an estimate 2 to 3 times higher compared with the next bid, and the person on the phone pretty much said that this was it without offering explanation why their price was so high.



I chose West Little Rock company, a small business enterprise, to do the job, because of their reasonable price, their ability to replace a sundial window glass without needing to first take it down, and board the empty space while waiting for the manufacture to make it, a designated very nice staff at office tending the calls, and their offer of 5-year manufacture warranty with West Little Rick Glass’ 1-year labor warranty.



I will use their service again.

used gavin to install mirrors. we were warned but he was cheaper than the other estimate. we learned our lesson. It took over six weeks to get the mirrors installed. the workers then scratched the paint and trim around the mirror. they attempted to spackle and paint and made it worse. then they did not want to pay the fixed the walls. please use anyone but him. you have been warned.
