The Cleaning Authority

I've been a customer of Cleaning Authority for 13 years, and have NEVER had any problems until this. I love the folks that clean my home, but I cannot support incompetent and insulting ownership. This morning I experienced the worst customer service from any service company I've ever worked with. Ed Samec (owner of the Cleaning Authority in Little Rock), informed me that the company would not be taking care of the microwave they ruined while cleaning my home. This after they already identified that the microwave is ruined and should be replaced. After I expressed my frustration that it has taken over 7 weeks to replace, his exact words were "screw it." And, he told me I could forget about my microwave. Thanks Mr. Samec, I'll take my business elsewhere. I've referred dozens of folks to your company over the past 13 years. I hope you take better care of them than you did of a customer that has been with you as long as I have.

Cleaning crew unable to turn off alarm when entering home. Cleaning crew unable to set alarm and lock doors correctly when departing home. Cleaning crew entered my house unannounced on the wrong day and couldn't speak english. Owner will not return my call to reconcile my complaints and termination of services.
