        Overall

        We were charged a fee for damage to a pager, what we said should have been normal wear and tear. We were customers for over 10 years, we just didn't need the service anymore. After speaking with management they removed the fee which was greatly appreciated. They had to research and call us back, but they did the right thing in the end.
