Sale junk parts. Buyer beware there warranty don't mean anything. It will only last a week. After that they will either not answer or lie and give you the run around. Don't waste your time and money.

I wish I could give Rock Appliance ten stars! The first time I called Lee was to install a new dishwasher at my rental home. He was on time and the least expensive out of four quotes. When my personal home washing machine broke two weeks ago I called him once again. He was kind enough to diagnose the problem over the phone at no cost! Who does that?! I won't bore you with all of the details, but over a short series of events Lee proved himself to be extremely honest. My husband and I were blown away by his actions! He displayed integrity and skill that is to be admired. I wish I could shout it from the mountain tops, but online reviews are the next best way to give Lee the credit he is due. One can only hope for honesty, skill, and fair cost when calling for help. I'm telling you that if you call Lee, you'll find all three!!

I own rental properties and I bought several appliances from rock appliances and used to recommended him to friends as well. One of my appliances broke under his warranty and I was not able to reach him despite multiple voicemails. He never return my phone calls and I had to repair his appliance using another repair service. When I reached him on the phone several weeks later to ask how he could make make good and he was very aggressive asked if I was high on drugs and hung up on me. Not a very honorable or professional businessperson.

Mr. Lee is professional, very easy to deal with, provides accurate information about the appliance problem(s) and fixes them well. We used his services for microwave repair and very satisfied. He has very reasonable charges. Highly recommended.

This company ROCKS!! I really truly mean it. Lee came to my house and was able to fix my Dryer. I really thought I was going to have to replace it and he came out and fixed it within mins and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. He is so professional and respectful.
