Mr. Rooter

Mr. Rooter does not use licensed plumbers. They send out flunkies they train to do the jobs and then when they screw everything up they send out one of the few licensed plumbers they have to find out what went wrong. They charged me $250 to use a big fancy device to locate my line out to the street. Their estimate for the repairs that needed to be done was sky high and I decided to use someone else. When the other company came out to dig up the line, it was not where Mr. Rooter said it was. Come to find out, the line was clogged and Mr. Rooter's guy couldn't get the locator device through so he just guessed. Not to mention the fact that what he said was wrong with our line was not even the problem.
