I had a major leak coming from a valve on the side of my house (froze in the winter), they came out and took the valve off, told me it would cost me X amount to remove the valve and replace it in the spring, which they did, and it wasn't too expensive. They then called me a month after the valve was taken off very upset I had not paid, I explained that I never got a bill, probably because they left in my mailbox and it must have gotten thrown away on accident, but they did a job for me and I paid by mailing them a check (it's 2015 and these guys still send bills by leaving them in your mailbox). Then they called me several months later demanding I pay them AGAIN for putting the valve back on, when I explained that I was told I had already paid for that they said that was incorrect you pay once for taking it off and once for putting it back on. They were not upfront about the cost of their services, double charged me, acted very unprofessional when I had accidentally lost their bill which was just left in my mailbox for me to discover (once again, it's 2015, get a card swiper for your iPhone or something man), oh and they want me to pay a late fee. At this point I'm paying them just to get them to go the hell away. Overall, a terrible experience and won't be using them or referring them. Stay away and call someone that's an actual professional.

Do not waste your time. They do not call back. I had a major leak problem. Called them first and they did not call back for 2 days. When they did call they said that they would call back early the next week since it was Memorial Weekend. They never called back. We were losing water by the day with low water pressure. After a week I called them back and the receptionist said "I will let Stephen know". Well, "Stephen" nor anyone else called me back. I finally called Ray Lusk plumbing. They were out the next day and did a great job and saved us a ton of money. Do not waste your time with Euell. Others are better. Ray Lusk is highly recommended.

Made an apppointment to have work done, and he never showed up. I left the next day for a business trip and now, a week and a half later, still no word on when or if he will show up. I have Advantage service coming out. They are showing up the same day (actually, I got the call that they were on their way within 10 minutes).

I've used Euell's several times over the past three+ years. They're prompt, clean, and knowledgeable; and their rates are most reasonable. Their work is perfect. They've always recommended the most pragmatic solutions to our problems. They're my first choice among all the Little Rock plumbers because they seem to place my needs ahead of their profit margin. They set the standard for the plumbing profession.

We have had several small jobs (shower fixture exchange, gas line placement, sprinkler system repair) done by this company. The company has owned by Steven for ~25 years and his father before him. He is always on time, finished his work promptly, cleans up and has reasonable hourly rates. He is hard working and honest.
