        I recently had a very poor customer service experience at this location. I purchased two chai mixes as Christmas presents, but when I went to wrap them I noticed they were both going to expire 10 days before Christmas. The store did not have any replacements, and Marylou Wright the stores owner refused to return the items because they had not yet expired.



        This was not only poor customer service, but confirmation that the Coffee Beanery location at Park Plaza mall is more interested in profits than sharing in the Christmas Spirit or standing behind their product.



        I would advise all future customers to consider the type of business you are promoting when you visit this location.
