I made an appointment to have the locks changed. The appointment was made a few days ahead. Even though I called the morning of the appointment, they never showed up and never called to reschedule.

I recently wanted a new safe and my locks changed on my home. I called Bill's Lock and Safe upon numerous recommendations from friends and relatives. I spoke to the store manager and locksmith named Curt. He not only gave me security advice but was extremely knowledgeable about his product and numerous other products on the market. In addition to his advice, he also gave me options of saving money for my experience. On top of going above and beyond what I expected in a locksmith, he personally re keyed the locks that I brought in, in what I thought was record time. I actually was able to wait a very short time and left with my locks in hand. I thought that I would have to wait hours or even days and he was done in about 20 minutes... I brought him 8 locks....WOW!! The locks worked better than when they were new. What a standard of excellence. He set the bar high and I don't think many would be able to compare to his professionalism. In addition to the 2 stores this company has, you can also make service calls to come to your home or business. They have 5 service techs that travel everywhere in central Arkansas and a combined staff of 11 locksmiths with a total of about 95 years of experience between them. On top of all that, they have been in business for over 40 years. In my opinion this is a very reputable and stable local company. Less
