Auto Glass Now Little Rock AR

Called and scheduled an appointment. Asked if they had people with base access and was told they did. They sent someone who didn't have base access, so I went to get them a pass and the company FAILED to put the registration in the company van. So instead of making it work by trying to get someone else out here today like I was scheduled, they want me to reschedule for some other time because of their failure... Not cool, bad business practice.

Do not use this company. Over promised and under delivered. Came to replace a window but left a mess and broke the window leaving glass everywhere in the car and sidewalk. Called management and they would not back up their workmanship or cleanup. Tells me everything I need to know about their character and business integrity. What a disappointment.

This place is awesome! They had the best price of anyone! The glass they put in my car even had the Toyota logo. They also put an extra tint strip on my windshield at no extra cost!

Amazing, fast, professional and affordable. Undra went the extra mile to explain and show us why our window wasn't working. I had spent 3 days taking my car in to the dealer, and several hundred dollars. I drove in on Friday around 1pm and my car was fixed for an amazing price by 5pm.

There are two guys here. Manager and installer. They are working so hard. Dedicated team to ensure we are happy. I love a place that treats customers like guests

I used glass pro a few years ago and was unhappy with staff. They didn't seem to care. I had to use glass pro last week because no one else could get me in. I called and they said they could squeeze me in even though they were about to close. My back glass was broken and it was raining. It was closing time when I pulled up and the staff waited on me. I felt like someone really cared. They did. Will never call anyone else. I love them. Thank you Ricky Rachel skinner and David. You guys are truly special people.

I called around quite a bit before I chose glass pro. I spoke with Rachel at glass pro a few times and she was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to Make a stressful situation a bit easier on me. I am thankful. The installer mike skinner...fast!!! The man is truly a machine!! Superb work guys!!! Thanks!!

Wow!!! Amazing customer service. My wait time wasnt long which is a plus but the appreciation they show is amazing. Rachel works the counter and she is extremely knowledgeable and has exceptional old fashioned customer service. Love it. Will return. Hands down best service.

Had a chip on my window and glass pro had me in and out within a matter of minutes. Great job on the glass but also a great and beautiful office staff

I got my vehicle done in same day and Ricky the manager personaly fixed my windsheild. They also gave me free chip repair for the first year!!!!! Great attitudes and service.

Connie was very professional and provided excellent service. Windshield was installed in a few hours as promised.

It's already a hassle to get anything replaced on a car specially when you're with a newborn but it had to be done sooner or later. I though I would be waiting for 3 hours in their lobby because I was a walk in customer. Fortunately there was only 2 customer ahead of me and the whole process they took less than 2 hours. Every one was so friendly and nice and the manager was so attentive. They really make you feel like a customer they care for instead of a customer there just trying to take money from. I must say that made time go quickly and I wasn't bored just waiting. Is nice to see people like them in a business. It's so hard now in days to get great customer service. I also went home and search on the web to see if I had paid a good price or not. They were the only one that had a low price. I am glad I took my car there. Every now in then I visit them for a replacement/repair or sometimes for a quick hi. They are great!!!
