All State Plumbing & Construction Inc

I have used All State Plumbing & Construction Inc. for past few years for various plumbing and small construction needs. My former plumber retired and recommended them to me. I am a very satisfied customer and feel that I get a professional job and fair price.

I have called All State Plumbing out to my home on numerous occasions and I have been completely satisfied with their service each time. I appreciated that the tech was honest and upfront on any expenses that I would have. Before I decided to make All State my first and only choice for a plumber, I had called other companies and had them individually come out and do estimates. In the end, it turned out that over half of the plumbers called out to my house had lied to me by making the problem out to be worse than it was. To have this "really bad" problem repaired, it was going to cost almost 3 times more than what All State Plumbing had estimated, and the actual problem needing repaired wasn't near as bad as these different companies would claim.

I recommend All State Plumbing for any plumbing repairs you may have. They haven't let me down yet.

All State plumbing is very unprofessional and rude. I should have known this from the first phone conversation. I contacted them for a service call and they answered the phone with “hello”. I had to ask what company I was calling and when I did ask they were very rude. Upon arriving the plumbers were ready to destroy my home. When I asked for an itemized estimate the plumber looked bewildered. They were ready to take all of my money and do the job the wrong way. I stuck with my gut feeling and contacted another plumber who told me that they were giving me the wrong advice. Upon discussing this with the plumber he was very rude and vulgar. What was supposed to be a simple service job they tried to turn it into a home reconstruction project. I later learned they do construction as well. I did however pay a service charge, but I took my business else were.
