purchased $8000 of all weather wicker. not standing by product

The webbing on the frames supporting the cushions were sagging giving no support. Not from sitting because one set is on a porch we never use. I took them in to the store thinking I
had lifttime warranty. No three years. I didnt have receipt, but the owner remembered my
husband purchasing the furniture. I told the owner that this happened two years after we
purchased the furniture and he had gladly replaced them but did not give me a receipt. He
argued with me and said that they always give a receipt. After questioning the webbing on the frames he said he could replace them @$25 per chair. That would be $75 per couch(3 seats) with a total cost of $300. I told the owner I couldnt or wouldnt pay that. He said then get someone to cut some plywood and fit. After a few moments of not getting anywhere, the owner did tell me if I purchased the framed webbing thst the company had changed their webbing to a vinyl that would hold up better. That tells me the company knows the defects. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN

Overall

Bought three thousand dollars worth of wicker furniture from this place 7 years ago for our condo in Myrtle Beach. We went back several years later to buy a matching recliner. I asked the owner if we could get a small discount since we had purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture from him in the past. He smarted off saying " I have had customers buy ten thousand dollars worth of furniture in the past and they don't get a discount!". I told my wife LETS GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE and we have never been back.
