Ice Cold Mechanical

Less than five months ago our washing machine manufacture referred us to Ice Cold Mechanical as an authorized servicer. They (Ice Cold Mechanical) sent a technician to repair our washing machine. When we contacted them because the washer is not working AGAIN (less than 5 months later), we were informed they only guarantee their work for 30 days!!! The late, nonchalant repairman never explained this on the day we paid for his repair work. When my husband stated they did not notify us of the 30-day guarantee, the rude women representing Ice Cold Mechanical restated the 30-day remark then HUNG UP in my husband's face. When he called back, she hung up in his face again, and then would not answer the phone. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this unprofessional company, to ANYONE. Period.
