Stay away! I purchased a voucher for A Atlanta Rug Scrubber from Loclly. The owner. Jeff, violated the terms of the voucher by requiring an additional $115 in upgrades before he would come out to do the job. Beware, he will try to scam you out of your money for "pre-treatments" and other upgrades other carpet cleaners include in their standard packages. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

AVOID JEFF AND ATLANTARUGSCRUBBERS. can i do less than one star? same as previous poster. bought a voucher on Loclly and I didn't think anything of him asking me for pictures. I happily obliged. The next morning my phone rings at 7am and when I returned the call later her tried to swindle me out of $35 extra per zone (we have 5). this would QUADRUPLE what was advertised and promised on the ad. I told him i knew my carpet was dirty and would not hold him to perfection. I get it, 50 bucks ain't gonna get you perfection but dang! QUADRUPLE? and when I challenged Jeff on his attempt to swindle me he got irate and called me an idiot and hung up on me. Excuse me, who advertises a service and then, when called on shadiness gets defensive and angry? Oh, yeah, a con artist, pissed for getting called on it. To his credit I bet Jeff is making a killing off the poor saps who will fall for this classic bait and switch. Guess I should get myself a rug doctor and quit my day job!

HORRIBLE. Refused to even speak to me without my sending pictures of the carpets first. After sending the requested pictures, took over 24 hours to contact me back. Tried to sell me upgrades to the basic service I had already purchased. When I politely declined and began asking about other options, he said "go get your money back, I don't want to come" and then HUNG UP ON ME!!! In the MIDDLE OF MY ASKING QUESTIONS about other services.

Completely unprofessional and RUDE. DO NOT USE THESE CARPET CLEANERS.

Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I bought my coupon deal. I don't understand how they can get away with this blatant misrepresentation. He said he wanted pics of carpet, then said his phone was messed up and couldn't receive pictures. Then with no idea what the carpet looked like he said I would have to pay $25 per room EXTRA for him to honor the coupon deal that I purchased. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS WANNA BE SCAM ARTIST!!!

We called this company to set up a carpet cleaning. We had a deal through Groupon. We simply wanted the basic service offered in the Groupon deal and check out the service of this company. Wow is all I can say. We called and the gentleman immediately asked that we send him pictures of our carpet and started upselling us on chemical mixes to clean the carpet. I politely told him we just wanted the basic cleaning we had already paid for and that I would not be sending him any pictures. He HUNG up on me. I called the gentleman back and asked why he did that. He said the conversation was over since I would not agree to send him pictures. He told me to call Groupon and get a refund. He also told me to not call him again and then hung up on me AGAIN. It was childish and very unprofessional. I would not recommend working with this company and gentleman at all.

This is the biggets rip off company and Dealfind has done nothing to refund my money. I bought a Dealfind coupon to clean 3 rooms. The owner "Jeff" says I must email him a picture of my worst area even though I told him I only have a small tomato stain the size of a pencil eraser. He says he is going to charge me extra because he has to use a special solvent that won't leave behind spots in places where he uses his cleanser. When I first called him back in August, he said he'd call me right back. Now it is March and Dealfind is not responding to any requests for a refund. I will not let this guy into my house. He called me yesterday and asked about coming out to do the work. I could hear a screaming kid in the background. His kids probably hate him and think he is as shady as the rest of us who have tried to use his services.

I wish there was a way to give this place less than one star! I bought a deal online from this company, initially they agreed to come clean the carpet after we sent them photos of our worst areas (which are not bad at ALL). After weeks of attempting to call them back and schedule the appointment for the cleaning, they still refuse to answer the phone OR call us back to clean the carpet. Unfortunately, they have already been paid for the work they absolutely did not and are not willing to do. I will be contacting the website I purchased the deal from and the better business bureau as soon as possible.
