Jp Joyce Plumbing & Heating

I used JP Joyce to do my Oil to Gas conversion in my Nassau County home and they were a complete nightmare. First they didn't install the boiler and the hotwater heater to code resulting in superheated steam leaks in my house and a potential for CO2 build up. Then they refused to fix the issue. After a long legal battle, the bank who we financed the project through ruled in our favor during arbitration and gave us all of our repair costs back. They are terrible, unresponsive and deceitful. They also spilled Oil all over may basement and left soot everywhere and didn't clean it up. DO NOT USE!!!

They didn't start on the day and time they said they would; they spilled oil all over my basement floor and didn't clean it up; left debris including jagged pieces of metal on my lawn; put ducts in my gas boiler that should go on a clothes dryer; left soot all over the basement stairs; and when I called to get them to fix these issues, I could NEVER get Paul the owner on the phone. They gave me a complete runaround. I finally called National Grid (I got their name from National Grid) to complain and they sent someone out to my house. I also lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It was a nightmare from beginning to end.
