We were moving from IL to our new home in VA and hired Done Right Moving. Sharon at the office was very helpful and walked us through the whole process, provided suggestions and was the main reason why we chose them. The movers arrived as schedule and everything went as planned. It was a stress and hassle free move. Thanks again! Definitely recommended!

There are many companies that are not honest with their customers, but Done Right Moving that is not the case. They told me about all the charges right away, they did really good service and they were on time. Thank you.

Done Right Moving and Storage moved my family belongings into their storage and then to our new house. They treated our items like they were their own and took a great care of everything. I also appreciate the sales rep we got to work with Amanda for setting everything up for us. Everyone from the company was very nice and had provided my family and I with excellent customer service. We are planning on using them again when our daughter goes to college next year. I'm sure they will do a great job.

They managed our move from IL to NC without any delay, any damage or any additional fees. Everything was planned and schedule before and they maintained the checklist really well. I have done a few moves in a past and Done Right Moving is the best. I worked with three courteous. They worked hard and were friendly, polite and fast. I had a lot of stuff to be moved and I was really worried that some of these might get damaged, broken or lost. These guys are professionals. They took great care of every single piece of my furniture, even pillows. All my stuff was intact. They were fully equipped and worked consistently and seriously. Another reason I chose this company is because of the knowledgeable sales rep Amanda who let me know the price which was more than reasonable. I had a long distance move and was afraid that it was going to cost a huge fortune. But it did not. If I would have to move again, I would definitely call Done Right Moving again!

Done Right Moving is a great moving company! From the time I scheduled the move over the phone with their sales rep to the time the movers finished the job 4 days later, they were extremely professional and careful with all of my stuff--including a big screen plasma TV and some fragile picture frames. They were also very timely and prompt. I was having them move my stuff from IL to TN. These movers were very accommodating because after I had them set up the furniture and considered where I wanted each piece initially, they were ok with moving the furniture to new locations before leaving.

I was extremely skeptical about using movers as I had heard some horror stories. I moved from IL to AZ. Sharon from Done Right Moving showed up a few weeks before my move and gave me an estimate, I thought the estimate was very fair as I had done research before and these guys were the most reasonable. I wasn't able to be there for the initial pick up from IL so I had my family there with the guys. Eric and his crew showed up on time, and definitely knew their job. Thank you guys for all great job!

We had our floors refinished and Done Right Moving moved our furniture out to their storage facility. Wilmer and his crew who moved the furniture out did a great job in a chaotic situation (floor refinishers working while they were moving us out). They made sure everything was wrapped to stay protected in the storage. Everyone in the office at Done Right Moving was nice and helpful as well. Thank You!

Done Right Moving are the best in town! Esteban and his team who moved our household were fast, even though charging by the hour, efficient, respectful and friendly. They were careful with our belongings and with our home (walls, doors, etc.). They used blankets and wrapping to protect our furniture, and at the end, nothing was broken. We were delighted and I highly recommend.

Done Right Moving helped us move our big stuff from our last apartment into our first house and were amazing throughout the whole process. The apartment was on the second floor of a walk up with a tight turn and they managed to get all of our furniture down without scratching a thing or banging up the walls. The guys literally ran from the truck up to the apartment for the next load and completely secured all of our belongings in the truck. At the house they quickly unpacked the truck and place everything where I asked. Additionally, the estimate they gave me for how long the move would take was dead on so there were no financial surprises at the end. I would definitely use Done Right Moving again!

Thank you for a good service I wanted to tell you that this company is awesome I was very impressed with the crews. They were professional and friendly. They wrapped and took care of everything, very careful and efficient. They are probably the best movers I have ever haired. Great services and we will defiantly use them again.

Done Right Moving was a dream to work with! They were wonderfully responsive all the way from IL giving me an estimate to confirming the move-in date, provided lots of useful tips, and were both thorough and extremely pleasant throughout the whole process.

We hired Done Right Moving for our move from IL. Eric arrived early with his crew, they were well prepared, relentlessly cheery, and were able to effortlessly handle a few unexpected curve balls. They was able to pack our entire kitchen flawlessly (we have quite a few antique china pieces) and the furniture was wrapped and loaded into the truck extremely well. Even though things took longer than expected they stuck by their quote. We couldn't be happier with choosing these guys. All in all, the most professional movers I've ever used. Highly recommended. I would use then again in a heartbeat.

Moving day comes, and I was surprised by the fact that the crew showed up not only on time but a few minutes early. Eric and his team couldn't have been any nicer and more professional through the loading process, taking steps to ensure my items were protected. I just hate to move like many others but last week I had no options but to move my office at a new place and I used Done Right Moving for my move. It was a very good decision, they managed such a tricky move so efficiently, they made the move look really easy. I am more than happy and very impressed the way they manage the move. For the very first time I got everything that I wanted during a move. I am obviously talking about my last move, which was executed by Done Right Moving. I got their number form my uncle and called them because I heard a lot about them. I talked with their sales rep Kim, she was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. She also asked me many questions about the move to know about the nature of the work, and offered me a very eye catching deal and submitted a perfect moving plan. Everything was looking great in pen and paper. I was waiting for a perfect implementation of the plan and they eventually did exactly that. Their movers arrived on time and executed the moving plan without a hitch. They were so good executing the plan that I never actually bothered to monitor them. Finally I got a very timely, smooth and affordable move. I am obviously recommending this excellent company.
