The Tree Guys

I have hired the Tree Guys twice for tree removal and trimming and will call them again in the future. They are always courteous, prompt, professional, do great work and clean-up and are reasonably priced. I unhesitatingly recommend them!

We have used The Tree Guys for more than 10 years but no more. The front desk person has changed and so communication has deteriorated. I called to have a tree removed and the stump ground out. The stump guy arrived to remove the stump but had no information about removing the tree. I called back and Heather had no recollection of our previous conversation and nothing in her notes. I told Heather not to mail the invoice to the address where the tree was to be removed. She said she would call me the day before the tree was to be removed and get my credit card info, I said that would be great. Two weeks go by, no phone call. I call and Heather says the tree has been removed. I told her I thought she was going to call the day before so I could give her my credit card info. She said no that she would have written that in her notes. I said well there was some confusion before about the tree/stump removal. She said "well that wouldn't have been my fault, that would have been Mitch's". Very unprofessional in my opinion to blame a co-worker to a customer. Very sad that the customer service has changed so drastically. We won't be using the Tree Guys any longer.
