This is the second time we have taken our dog there and I really have three compaints. One..way too long a time. 8 a.m. drop should be a 12noon at latest pick up. Yes I know, I've owned 3 grooming shops in Albuquerque. Second, you keep records of the dogs, or you should, and repeat customers should not have to explain how the dig should be cut nor should the price be different unless you've raised them in which case inform your client and raise on the next visit. Third, know how to cut the breed the way it should be cut. My westie looks awful. Time to find a new groomer.

Maybe we just got lucky finding this business but for an "appointment only" specialty concern......there is nothing comparable around. Superb!
