Swedish Massage
We offer several options to help you achieve the results you need and deserve. Our most popular massage is the Integrative Massage combining different massage techniques; we also offer Massage Cupping, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Mommy Massage, and Couples Massage. In addition to massage we also offer a Foot Detox to help cleanse your body.
Deep Tissue Massage
Emily is the new owner as of September 2022 and works as a Full Time Therapist at Soothing Sessions since 2018. She moved here from Pennsylvania and enjoys the warmer weather. She attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute where she received her certificate in Massage Therapy October 2013. Emily specializes in Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Therapy. She loves helping people and improving their quality of life through her work. She has known massage was her calling since the age of 12, as she would give her classmates mini massages. She enjoys yoga & spending time with her 3 dogs and tabby cat.

Hot Stone Massage
An authentic Hot Stone Massage is not simply the laying of heated stones upon the surface of the skin, but rather the stones are used as tools to deliver effective tissue and muscle massage at a pressure level that is comfortable to the client. The heat from the stones relaxes muscles and increases the blood flow to the area being worked on to further accelerate the healing process and aid in mental relaxation.

Prenatal Massage
It's a known fact that pregnancy can be both physically and mentally exhausting and sometimes stressful. Our Pregnancy Massage is a great way to relieve the pain in the mom-to-be’s back, neck, legs and hips while increasing circulation and reducing swelling and cramps. We have two safe and comfortable ways to approach the massage so that our clients are able to relax and baby is safe and sound. We recommend that you check with your physician prior to any massage. Not recommended for the 1st Trimester unless authorized by your physician.

Couples Massage
Full Body Massage
Whether you have a little one or your child is in college you deserve a time to let your body relax and get pampered. Our Mommy Massage starts with a deep tissue neck, shoulder and arm massage. You carry a lot, so these areas probably need some extra TLC. Next you’ll get a relaxing full body massage. We’ll end with a tummy cupping session. This is where we’ll take our gentle yet effective cupping technique that creates a suction and vacuum pressure which is used to loosen adhesions, release deep inflammation and drain excess fluid and toxins. We have several Moms that request this option often because they say it reduces their muffin top.

Body Scrub
This treatment can be added into any massage service. A course sea salt with jojoba oil blend will effectively exfoliate and remove dead skin while also having hydrating properties to leave your feet feeling oh...
