I bought a system from these shysters and I have tried calling them twice since I got it and they do not answer the phone and do not return phone calls. I have no running water in my house now and cannot get anyone at the 6 numbers I was given. Do not buy anything from them. Their system is way overpriced and they do not provide any service. You are on your own!

The appointment setter contacted me to schedule a 15 minute follow-up on site water test. She indicated our microbe levels were high. 2 hours later, the man re-testing our water left our home after I told him we are not in the market for a $7,000 water filtration system. Just Say No when they call. I will never fill water sample bottles again.

Stay as far away from this company as you can. If they are in your house right now trying to sell you something, KICK THEM OUT NOW!!!!! What they are selling you is an overpriced (300% markup) WATER SOFTNER for people on well water. They claim it's a water filter, but it's not. If it were, they would have to get a permit and have their work inspected by the county inspector. NONE of this happens. THEY ARE A SCAM of a company. Please learn from my almost $7,000 mistake and STEER CLEAR OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRESS, INC. Look up any reputable plumbing company, most of them sell home water filters and for a third of the cost!
