I've had the same experience, but they just never returned the phone calls. Never came to give me an estimate. Guess this company doesn't need any new business or additional work! I'll move on and pay some one who does need the money.

They do not return phone calls at all. A sales rep came out to give an estimate and he showed up 15 minutes late without notice and then I never heard from him on an amount. Terrible service.
