Great customer service ! Very friendly , and always a fun experience all together ! All of the staff always give in put and cater very well to their regulars. Emily and Stephanie do good work!

I've been here several times and they have always been professional & clean. They do a great job too. I pick my nails very badly & no matter who ends up doing them they take the time needed to clean them up & make them look good, which I've found is NOT the case in other salons. The color selection is very good. They are current and the products they use are high quality and clean. No nasty, old or crusty bottles here. Everyone speaks English which surprisingly helps a lot in communicating my needs. They do have a loyalty card which is $5 off after 5 x $25 visits, so if you get two services you get two credits. I have been to just about every salon in the Irmo & Columbia area and the level of service, cleanliness & price have never been as good as Aqua nails. This is definitely my go to place for nails now even though it's not that close to home.

I'm so glad I discovered this place. I got a fantastic shellac manicure yesterday, and I'm going back for a pedicure ASAP. The salon is clean, modern, open and airy, they have a large selection of regular, shellac and gel nail polishes (opi mostly) and the salon staff is professional and nice. If my future appointments are as good as my first, this is my go-to nail salon.

Never go there. I have gone a couple of time as I believe in second chances. Don't worry about appointments because they don't keep them. My nails were not even all three times I went. I had to refile them myself. I had a gel polish taken off and I need to be somewhere. They charged me for the removal(over $10.00 mind you) but told me if I come back they would discount it for me. I asked if the discount would be applied even if I used standard nail polish next time and was told it would. However when I came back, they charged be full price and when I reminded them I was told for gel polish I could have had the discount and was told that it was a language thing. I will never go back. These owners do not care and have no integrity.

The owners are sisters and they are very nice. Jennifer and Amy offer a variety of services. They specialize in GEL NAILS.They do great work and stand by their product.
