I called Fayette Heating & Air because my furnace was only blowing cold air. I was so surprised to actually talk with a live person at 11 pm! I was able to schedule the technicians who came out first thing the next morning. Very nice, professional, young men who worked hard to fix my furnace! They even cleaned up afterwards - looked better than before they arrived! Thank you!!

Professional, courteous, promp...

Professional, courteous, prompt. I thought I had a problem with my A/C, but they pointed out that it was a thermostat issue, checked the whole system, and fixed it for free. They explain everything in as much detail as you want. "off the shelf" prices are high, but they worked with me to create an acceptable solution once I brought forward competitive data.

They have horrible service fir...

They have horrible service first of all. Waited two days for them to come out to my home. Then the tech said I needed an additional return put in my house, which would include cutting a hole in the ceiling.



He was up in my attic, and without my knowledge poked a hole right threw my ceiling.

He came out of the attic and said he was going to have to call his boss. We waited 15 minutes, he came back in my house without even as much as a knock on the door.

He then advised us it was going to cost approximately 200.00 dollars, but said he wasn't sure if that would fix the problem with our air. We asked him what else he thought was wrong, he said he didn't know. I went to go to the bathroom, and when I returned back to my living room he was gone. I said to my husband, where did he go. The techs response was need to charge you for a service call, and see ya later.

He fixed nothing put a hole in our ceiling, and that is were we stand right know. Contacted the companys manager who has not gotten back to us yet. I would not reccommend Fayette to a dog.

I will be sure unless this problem is corrected, to furthur my complaints to the highest person in authority. Would never have them again.

Quality Service and Products

Their serviceman was courteous and very thorough in checking and cleaning my system. He explained the system to me, advised me of its age, and left 2 extra filters for me. He told me about the products his company sells and about their generous financing programs. This company is reliable and professional but still has a heart! I recommend them without reservation.
