TERRIBLE times 3!



My first experience with this place was as a walk-in 11:30am on a weekday, two hours after the time they are scheduled to open. I arrived and no one was there. Doors locked and lights out. Called the number on the front door and no answer. Decided to call back the next day and make an actual appointment. Set the appointment for three days later at noon. When I arrived, same thing, no one there! Since I had a scheduled appointment I decided to wait outside for a few minutes and during that time two other ladies showed up for their appointments. After about 15 minutes of waiting we all left. Stupidly, I decided I would give them another chance and made ANOTHER appointment and again, for the third time, they weren't even open when I showed up. An employee from the shop next door stepped outside while I was waiting and said he didn't know how they stay open because they are always opening very late or not opening at all! When I called them later that day they were completely unapologetic and couldn't care less that I had show up three times to a closed salon. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I read a review online about x nails and how fabulous they were and how much they loved this place. About that same time, I was looking for a new place to get pedicures. I'm very loyal to places I go to and went to my last place for 5 years. My experience going to this place has been nothing but horrible every single time. The first time, I stopped by and was told they weren't available. That I needed to come back. So I called and scheduled an appt for a friend and myself. The pedicures we received that day were great. And the man who did mine was very nice. I thought, excellent... I've found a new place.

Since then, no joke... I've never rec'd good service. In fact, most times I try to call no-one answers the phone. And if I stop by, I'm spoken to as if I'm disturbing them. I'm always told they are too busy and come back a different time or a different day. But when I try to call to check before coming, no one will answer.

One day, I called many times and could not get anyone to answer, so I stopped by and they were closed on a normally open day - according to the schedule they have online and on their door. No note saying they were closed. One lady is always very rude when speaking to me and others. She's condescending and disrespectful. And another guy just looks and talks to you as if you're garbage when you come in. They never remember who I am or that I've sent in 6 people as referrals.

My most recent experience, I stopped by and was brashly told "we're too busy. Come back after 40 min." He didn't not ask me to set a time, ask my name. It rubbed me the wrong way, mostly bc of all my other negative experiences. So I went to wash my car and run a few other errands. I came back about 1.5 hrs later and the same guy said "what you want?" I said, "I'd like to get a pedicure." He said "we too busy. We can't today." I said, I came in earlier and you told me to come back. He responded, "you didn't make an appt." I said "you didn't tell me I needed to." He said "you didn't tell me you were going to come back." I said, " you told me to come back after 40 min." He said "you came at noon." I said "no, I didn't. I was on the other side of Dallas at noon." (It was now close to 5pm.) he said, "when did you come?" I said "it was about an hour and a half ago." Which he then responded "you came at 2pm and said you would come back in 40min. You didn't come." I said "that is not what happened." But then walked out. I will NEVER go to this establishment again. Nor will I refer people.

As an executive in a large corporation, it astounds me that people think they can treat their customers this way.
