We had three new A/C units put in our home in Jan 2007 and I cannot begin to tell you what marvelous people are to deal with!!!!!!!!! They are prompt, tidy, pleasant, skilled and overall the nicest crew, both in and out of the office. They make you feel like you are their only customers! They were in our home for two to three days with our installation but never once did I feel invaded. I did not have to clean up after them as they had a crew member vacuuming up after each room was completed!!!!!!!!!! They wore covers on their shoes so not one mark on my carpet or floors! In addition, the quality of the product we bought has been amazing. Our electric bills are half of what they were and the new units are so quiet! The office staff is so accomodating and so courteous. I lost my father during the entire process and lo and behold, was presented with a huge bouquet of flowers as a token of their sympathy and I had just met these people!!! I would highly recommend them and have done so to anyone desiring or needing the services they provide!!!!!!!!!!!
