Bargain Express Movers

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I recently hired these guys to move my 2-bedroom apartment to another apartment in the SAME building and they did a horrible,tacky job. It took these very unprofessional guys 6.5 hours to do a 2-hour job. They weren't properly equipped for the move and for the first 50 minutes one mover was loading the boxes with 1 dolly while the other was sitting in the truck doing nothing. Also one of the movers came by my apartment the previous day to take inventory for the move, but on moving day, they came with a small truck, and had to load/unload my apartment in 2 moves. And instead of using the dolly to unload multiple boxes, they unloaded each box separately. The last thing I found after they had gone, was that they dropped a 75-lb box filled with books on top of a box of vases (clearly marked fragile) and broke every vase except one, so I called Norman (the owner) to complain, but he offered nothing and ended up hanging up the phone up in my face.
